Probate is certainly complex, but Abacus Will Writers UK Ltd can offer you a bespoke probate service. This will include handling the sale of property, distribution of assets, handling Inland Revenue payments and calculations of tax, house clearances, auctions and valuations, and court oaths and obtaining the grant.
Certainly a daunting task for most of us. Not only is there the emotional side of this service to handle, but the complexity that estates can cause to anyone who has lost a loved one.
We are often asked "How long will it take" and quite simply there is no answer to give, as it will take as long as it takes for responses to be received, and appointments made, as often clients assets are not as straight forward as they seem. 3 – 6months is the general rule but this can never be guaranteed.
