Once an appointment has been arranged at a time which suits you best, one of our legal consultants will meet you in person to take your instructions. |

During the appointment, it is our consultant's responsibility to get a thorough understanding of your circumstances, and to ensure that you clearly understand the role of guardians, executors and trustees. It is advisable that you have all names and addresses to hand on the day, this will save time in processing the document. |

The consultant's other responsibility is to obtain a clear understanding of the structure of your estate so they can advise on the best way to reduce or eliminate any inheritance tax or future Care Home liabilities. They will then suggest any other services which may be suitable for you. At the end of the appointment, should you choose to proceed with making a will, the consultant will accept cash, card or a cheque as a form of payment, whichever is more convenient. |

Our legal department will send you out your draft will within 7days for your approval. If you need to make any changes or want to include other details, you can do so at this stage. From there the original will, will be processed. |

Once you are happy with your Will, it can be signed by yourself and your witnesses.
